HEY people, I'm back! Ok luh, not that I was here before anytime recently, but erm it has been one year since we left for our separate classes (actually not the exact date, but around this time), so heres a post to commemorate! Actually I am also quite bored now so I decide to post lol.

So this time last year we were all posting our heartfelt gratitudes and comments and etc to each other, so lets start again lol.

Sook Wei: Hello! Sian luh I havent seen you a lot recently, probably because the school is too big, so how have you been? You also got promoted in NPCC right, although I dont know whats your post but still, remember to pump your juniors hard lol.

Chantalle: HI Chantalle, everytime see you walking my class, and I try to say hi, but then sadly if I do the teacher will scold me. Lol joking. Anyway, sorry my birthday present to you was a bit rushed so it didnt turn out as good as I hoped to, but I hope you liked it k. All the best for next year!

What's done is done, we have to face whatever comes on Monday whether good or bad positively. Just ask yourself if you did your best, and if you did, give yourself a pat on the back. If you didn't, then it's time to do something to clear all the misunderstandings and start preparing for sec 4!

Like Bao Jia once said, "when u didn't do well for this test, theres still the next, and the one after the next, so focus on working on those!" and Mr Sng once asked "is your life a test of life or a life of tests?"

Let's all play hard, and work hard next year yeah? :D

But don't forget about your health (for those who sleep late, or forget sports, etc), your friends, family, and others you care about (for those who over-mug and misunderstandings arise) and to destress abit after mugging.

This was two things i sort of neglected while pursuing to push my CCA to greater heights this year (i am the chairman of my CCA currently) so i'm sharing with you.

Know your priorities, have a balanced life.

Look at the size of this cave! It's bigger than those the Indians found. There must be some really big, fine women in this cave!'

He stood in front of the opening and hollered with all his might

IT'S BEEN A LONG LONG TIME.
since I last posted on this blog and on my own :D
But I'm quite active on facebook so it sort of balances out.
Anyway, how are you guys doing anyway?

Thank goodness I'm starting to go back on track, but starting to be increasingly stressed too.
I predict my stress levels will grow exponentially till the 1st week of June holidays, then drop abit and remain constant till the end of June Holidays.
Then it will finally drop before Term 3 starts.

Time flies eh? It seems only yesterday when we were recording the Lectra Can't Sing album together, and gathering loads of pictures for our class video.

I miss Lectra
like, really
even though 3Classino totally rocks
It doesn't have the familiar feeling
I miss the messing around, the milder rowdiness as compared to 3C, the singing, the interacting, even the quarrels and fights we had. After all, no family is perfect, right?

I remember the start of 2007 as if it just happened yesterday, me standing at the foyer of the Mt. Sinai campus watching my parents' car disappear into the distance while thinking 'shit, i'm dead'. Then a kind SC offered to bring me to my class lol, but we ended up running all around the campus before finally arriving outside 1L.
I think the only people i knew at that point of time were like, Gerald and Jyh Howe, and neither had been in my class back in primary school, so i was kinda depressed.

Of course, after a while we got to know each other; there were times when we laughed together, times we cried together, times we played together, times we slept together, times we quarreled, times we fought, times we enjoyed and times we hated and times rifts between us were created, but we always went through them together, emerging even more bonded than before.

Well i was probably the most hated, despised, retarded, crappy classmate any of you ever had, i apologize right here, right now. Apparently i was trying too hard to fit in, but that was retarded, wasn't it. I got like associated with people like Bryan and Zhao Hong, can't believe it now looking back on the retarded me from before. But then, every story must have a super hate-able bad guy, and looks like i just happened to fit the bill, huh?

Right-o, now to personal notes, i think i'll be starting from the back, yeah?

To Shen Hao: Yo you freaky pro technological person, sorry if i pissed you off with the suction-hao stuff. And again, the broomstick incident, i was impulsive, i guess, i really was a incorrigible AP, wasn't i? Do your best in 3G, but relax more, your hair's already greying, and that shows stress, so de-stress a little, yeah? =D

To Yuan Xiang: Hey you, erm, fishball, hehs. Jeez we sure went through a lot of crap these 2 years, but we remained friends, didn't we. Well, there were quarrels but we always made up in the end so, yeah. Don't change yourself to suit others, if you feel pissed and want to vent it somewhere, just let out a certain four lettered word and, being you, you'll feel better and instead pass the i'm-pissed-off feeling to others. Sadly, we didn't get to spelunk after all, huh? =D

To Hong Wen: Haha you should practice voice control, not everyone can decipher your speech when you shout, y'know. Don't take the Hong Wank thingy to heart, none of us really mean it =D Learn to fit in with the people around you, if people are speaking about casual stuff, go with the flow and don't spout a stream of sophisticated language like during the class chalet last year, it's just too outstanding and doesn't fit in. Don't go around crushing peoples' hands, it's okay with me, but some people like ~~matchsticky~~ Adalric may break some bones =D

To Gerald: Hi ebil twin, lol, even though i guess i'm the evil one in comparison, sorry i've been pissing you off these 2 years, but we sure had fun laughing our asses off at the start of the school term last year, didn't we? Good luck on continuing to be the most popular, the richest, the most handsome, the smartest, the most lovable and the best guy in 3L next year, you know you can achieve those given the circumstances and your powderful skills =D

To Chuan Hui: : Lol good luck with your card, uh, business thingy, kinda good econs practice, huh? Continue playing basketball and i'm sure you'll shoot up to great heights (literally), and rock on in life. You're on the 20x100 team, right? Go glorify Lectra and DHS, yeah?

To Ziyi: First day i stepped into 2L, i saw you and thought 'what the hell, did this guy get retained or is he from China or something?' Damn you're tall, so you get to look down, literally, on people. Your Chinese is super pro, so continue striving for the best, yeah?

To Yong Sheng: When the teachers said that sec 1 and sec2 and sec3 pupils have big differences, they mean it, lol. See, you've stopped your onecentperminutething huh? And your new old glasses are sexy, the contrast between it and your face the skin color's a little outstanding, which is good, i guess, in some cases. Remember in sec 1 you were always like throwing tantrums and i was always the one restraining you? Isn't it amazing how much we've grown since then?

To Kai Seng: Sheesh you're a bloody genius, you start cubing and soon you're one of the fastest in school, if you just put that crazily imba mind to studying hard, hitting a GPA of 3.6++ will be no problem for you, but never forget to play hard too, yeah?

To Gabriel: Lol you have to teach me how you did so much weird stuff and actually managed to get away with it last year. Good job on the 20x100 trials, you're in the team, right? Go do Lectra and DHS proud!

To Jyh Howe: Yay let's meet up sometime and spam pokemon =] so fun. Anyways, thanks for being such a great friend and like, always being there to ~~bully~~ talk to. Let's go back to Nanyang sometime and make sure you show me your imba slamdunk, alright?

To Deon: You know, after last year's chalet i really didn't know whether to label you innocent or ignorant. Just remember, two people liking each other does not make a couple. It takes effort from both sides to sustain such a relationship. Remember, don't bicker over some bullshit stuff, it's more worthwhile to swallow you pride for the moment =D Hope you excel in your events next thursday, all the best.

To Adalric: Matchstick guy, no i don't mean your assets, i mean your skeletal structure, don't think the wrong way. You gotta eat a lot more than any of us with your ultra high metabolic rate, many girls must be envious of your inability to get fat xD you have an untapped potential to study, just put your mind to it and you can easily excel. damn you lol, your math is totally pwnage. Same thing, good luck in your events next thursday.

To Ting Wei: Your french is like totally imba, are you involved in the immersion? Anyways, if you want to be a designer in future, (inference from your drawings) you'll be able to make it easily, just keep working on the designs and you'll be at the top one day, haha.

To Crystabelle: Learn to loosen up in other ways than playing with your girlfriends, it was very disturbing to us guys, especially d*** when you were playing with c**** y** last year xD life is short, so learn to enjoy it to the fullest, alright?

To Iris: Looks like you're enjoying life in 3D, yeah? Does anyone still call you BOG? Haha i feel apologetic to you, i played a part in the coming up with that nickname, if i remember correctly. Don't be emo anymore, alright? Kinda worrying to the people around you =X

To Jing Mei: Lol i still owe you your present as your angel from last year xD tell me what you want alright? Sorry if i, at any point in time, bullied you, didn't mean anything other than fun, alright?

To Jessie: Haha you ego person, influence me until like, ugh, nevermind. Today's briefing was redundant, wasn't it? The mere giving out of them booklets would have more than sufficed. This is a long overdue piece of homework I owe to the class.
You may not believe it, but I owe teachers alot of homework (especially chinese -.-)

So here's a blog post on Lectra, copied directly from my blog (:

Status: Thinking, and listening to loads of songs!
Mood: Pensive (Hmm.)

Right, it's been a long time since I last posted about Lectra.
Well in fact, I did not write (or type in this case) a letter/post about Lectra.
So now I shall do one since I have considerably less homework than usual.

I started off in Lectra being a loner, with no one to talk to on the first day of orientation in the year 2007 as I did not have any schoolmates that I know (I only knew LZY and TYX existed in taonanschool, but did not even talk to them.)
During flag-raising on the first day, I remember being very confused about where to go and what to do during flag-raising. I didn't know the school song (now I do!) and I didn't know we had to clap once after the command was given to be dismissed.
I remember that we were standing in order by our register numbers, and Shixun (I didn't know who she was yet) hadn't arrived.
Laura was then in front of me, so I decided to be daring and asked whether she knew anyone in the class (introducing myself first of course).
She said there were no ex-classmates in Lectra and yeah introduced herself back.
Then she daoed me -.-
Then I dao her too!

Orientation was really fun, with all the weird weird games and stuff going on.
Slowly the ice broke.
Haha maybe I was too sticky to SX that time, that's why she dao me at the photo-taking -.-
HAHA AND I DIDN'T NOTICE! (at that time)
I only realised it when she told me last year xD
Haha it's okay :D

Then as time passed, Lectra grew together and bonded well.
Suddenly, we all were chionging together at Level camp'07 where we went to loads of different
places.
There were plenty of disputes and non-disputes, but we emerged through them together!
Mid-autumn festival was very fun, as we had to be in school in the evening (so we just stayed in school for the whole afternoon).
We (the girls) were all training for netball inter-class at that time, and formed circles in the parade square playing weird games. It was really fun.
After the End-of-years 2007, was when we all went crazy and went out to Vivo immediately after the math paper. We were celebrating TingWei's birthday that day too, and surprised her by buying gifts and etc while Celeste (with her pro acting) managed to convince TW she had a stomachache and needed to go to the toilet (asking her to accompany).
Hahaha!

2008 was a really great year!
I became more studious, and more tired due to the many different things that started to arrive.
That year was really jam-packed.
Youth Water Conference, Science Biotech gameshow, Metamorphosis, IGGY Winter U, and many many more.
I formed deeper relationships with the people in Lectra, and the whole class sort of dissolved the cliques. (Which was good!)
I guess we all knew that sooner or later we had to separate and go to new classes for Year 3..

Now in the year 2009, I really miss Lectra alot, and the Mt Sinai campus alot too (although every day is like a tv drama episode in Tanjong Rhu).
I miss Mt.Sinai and the quiet,countryside feel..
I miss running on the track to the ulu ulu corner where you could just collapse down and cry..
I miss the long train journeys home which proved to be a great bonding event..
I miss Lectra.

Especially now when my Year 3 life is so hectic, and my batteries nearly die every week,
I look forward to Wednesday alot.
Cos that's when Lectra gets back together in the hostel dining hall and have lunch together as a class..

Even today when it's April Fool's day, I keep thinking of what would happen if Lectra was together at that moment, celebrating April Fool's day together as one.
Mrs Koh would be there with her "Aiyo aiyo", and TYX would be there throwing pieces of the wall at everyone.
And all the teachers would have been pranked on at least once by Lectra :D

Anybody watching The Importance of Being Earnest this coming Saturday?
[ cause I am :D ]
K anyway my point is, if you're watching, do you want to, like, go there and watch as a class or something? (provided if it's free-seating). Even if we can't watch it together, we can still go there together right?

If I'm not wrong, they advertised the show @ ST Lifestyle today, so you can check it out.
If it's the correct one, the thing is at Bugis National Library and the showtime we're watching is this coming Saturday (21 Feb), 3 pm. So maybe we can meet at Bugis/City Hall MRT station @ 2.15 and walk there together? :)
Oh and some interesting things. One ticket actually costs at least $41 (from the paper) but the school has so heavily subsidised it we're paying only $8. Artistes like Hossan Leong and Chua Enlai would be acting in it, and there's a live performance by the Tang Quartet. Cool huh.

So for the people who's going, maybe sign the shoutbox? Or we can discuss during lunch hours :D Whatever's fine with you guys. See you there!

Hello Lectra ...

Saigetsu hito o matazu (Time and tide wait for no man), therefore I would like to seize this opportunity to express my gratitude to each and every one of my classmates in Lectra and also say what I did not but intended to through this post. Sorry for the late post anyway, I was too busy and pondering over what to write for quite a few days. I have recently learnt about Japanese proverbs from my lessons so I shall include some of them in my post to make it more unique and interesting. I apologise for not writing to each individual as I have a hectic schedule.

Kouin ya no gotoshi (Time flies like an arrow). In a blink of an eye, we are proceeding on to Year Three soon and parting ways. What a pity…I occasionally reminisce about the good times we shared together, the times we laughed together, ate together…slept together…Ro-ma wa ichinichi ni shite narazu (Rome wasn't built in a day), neither was our friendship and bond. We’ve been through thick and thin together, shared our weals and woes with one another and even though there were times when we had different ideologies or mindsets, resulting in conflicts, well, as a Russian proverb goes, “A mere friend will agree with you, but a real friend will argue.”, therefore quarreling and arguing might be a sign of care and concern for one another, a bit related to what Chuan Hui stressed, so we should look at others’ perspective and their words not at a negative point of view all the time as it might be “for your own good” (stressed in INotStupid movie). Thanks to everyone for helping me clear my doubts, assist me or clarify something regarding studies, encouraging me during physical education related occasions such as the cross country race and interclass tournament or when I am feeling down, making me feel at home and making this period of time a memorable one such that it will forever be etched in the depths of my heart. Never shall I forget the times I spent with you; continue to be my friends, as you will always find me yours.

Dear Students,

To mark our return to Tanjong Rhu campus, we will hold a school-wide Homecoming Celebration on 2 Jan 2009. Year 1 to 4 students are to report to the school hall of the Tanjong Rhu campus in school uniform by 7.45am for the celebration.

Although it is still school holiday for our Year 5 and 6 students, they are strongly encouraged to join us in the celebration if they are not overseas, as this is an important and symbolic milestone in the school's history. There will be no formal lesson on that day but students are required to bring along their stationeries for classroom activities.

Please be informed that there are no recess breaks on 2 Jan 2009. Light refreshment will be provided to you at 10.30am. You are therefore strongly advised to take your breakfast before you come to school. You should be dismissed at around 12.15pm.

If your parent is driving you to school, he/she can either drive you into the school via the Tanjong Rhu Road vehicular entrance or alight you outside the school along the Kampong Arang Road. The Kampong Arang Road vehicular entrance is currently not accessible as some construction works is still going on there but a temporary side gate has been created to allow students to walk in. Please remind your parent that the traffic condition along Tanjong Rhu Road is expected to be heavy during the morning peak hours, and making U-turn along that road is best avoided. Instead of making U-turn, your parent can alight you at the opposite side of the Tanjong Rhu Road for you to cross the road at the traffic light and walk into the school. Please remind your parent to exercise patience and care in driving along these stretches of the road.

Hello everyone long time no see so hows life? I now a bit bored so I played around with Fifa 09 (the football game) and I decided to create this team of rising stars...

Dont worry I also included Yuan Xiang and Yong Sheng but their on the subs bench. And I made everyone 10cm taller yay

Ok so now lets get to Wembley Stadium for the action...its Lectra vs Chelsea!

(PS The following lookalikes of our class are not very similar...sorry but thats the best I can do with fifa09)

(PSS This match was played out of pure fun, laughter, peace and joy. Please do not get offended by any happenings in the following pictures, especially if you are a Chelsea fan)

The two teams emerge from the tunnel...Its Lectra in green (aka orientation shirt) and Chelsea in blue

And so we kick off...

And straight away Chelsea concede a corner kick which is taken by Gabriel

After 9 minutes Chuan Hui opens the scoring! 1-0

And 3 minutes later Brandon doubles the advantage! Lectra are in absolute dreamland at the moment! Look at that delight (or the lack of it) on his face...

Fast forward (Chelsea managed to pull 2 goals back, sorry people)...

But Gabriel scores and Lectra regain the lead! Group hugggg

Deon sounds his approval of the performance so far...

And then minutes before the 45 minute mark, Gabriel gets his second

And on the stroke of half time, Brandon also gets his second to make it 4-2 and Jyh Howe rushes to celebrate with him...

Theres still time for Deon to make a world class save!

K half time now.

After that we're back with the action....

Guess whos the scorer this time...

Meanwhile Gabriel and Deco stare aimlessly at the ball in midair. No guesses on whos winning the aerial battle

Brandon shoots...but misses! Unlucky.

And Jyh Howe makes it 6...

Chuan Hui joins the 2 goals club and is mobbed by everyone!

Gabriel later completes his hat trick and Deon sounds his approval again

And then Deon makes another brilliant save to deny Chelsea. Though they scored later from the resulting corner

But not to worry though, soon Brandon also completes his hat trick! (No picture included sorry)

With just 7 minutes to go, Kai Seng secures the win (actually it was secured long ago) with his second...and he does a jig of delight and everyone follows him!

Unfortunately Chelsea score again (once again sorry) so here we are attacking again...

And just before the final whistle, our beloved freezer man rounds of an impressive display with his inevitable hat trick! And he does the not-so-impressive robot dance to celebrate...

Come on referee blow the damn whistle for full time

Yay finally its full time we win by an impossible scoreline! Oh well who cares its make believe anyway

Finally I am back from my desperate attempt to revive my computer :D

I guess the feeling that I still belong to Lectra hasnt vanished yet, and that the feeling of separation hasnt come yet.
So I guess I wont really miss you guys yet..
But I think, when I go to the new class, and see all those unfamiliar faces (except 5 others), I certainly will feel very very lonely..
Not being able to hear Jalan sing songs in class, Fishball throwing pieces of the wall, people blasting music here and there..I guess I wont get used to the sudden quietness/feeling..not so soon anyway (Unless I am some sort of superhuman that adapts super fast haha!)

Well, I just want to say that I love you guys :D
Being part of Lectra has changed me totally (in different ways you can imagine)
Its like..a family in DHS that I can never experience somewhere else..
The times had flown by at such an astonishing rate, it seemed like it was only yesterday where we were still bonding over our Year 1 orientation 2007!
We even managed to get the prize for being the most bonded class! (even though we were quite the opposite at that time)
But as time flew by, it seemes like the SCs in charge of orientation had great foresight.
We were, and still will be, the most bonded class in history DHS has ever encounted!
In Lectra, I experienced joy, happiness, laughter, sadness, despair, tears, confusion and comfort.
Those were times that I will never forget.
Haha, just thinking about it makes me feel like crying..

Okay, enough of the sad part.
Its time to cheer up!
It isnt the end of our life in Dunman High afterall, its just a new chapter of our life story.
A new beginning!
Hmm, wonder what kind of experiences I will encounted next year?
Hehehe..

Just wanna say I wont ever forget Lectra no matter where I go, what I do, or who I become.

Location: Costa Sand Resort (Pasir Ris, not Downtown East!)

Time: We can only check in at 2.30pm, so we will go bowling first before having lunch, so you can choose whether you want to join us for bowling and lunch, or just lunch.

1) 12.30pm (Lunch + Bowling together)
2) 1.15pm (Lunch together only)

Meeting Place:

1) Pasir Ris MRT Station near Customer Service Counter (Lunch + Bowling together)
2) Downtown East (Lunch together only)

Take Bus 6, 17 to Downtown East

Hello my dear classmates, sorry for being late with this post have been busy during the holidays but just wanna say a little something to everyone from our class before we change classes next year.

Before my individual posts i want to thank 2Lectra for providing me with many great memories and times during this two years that i would cherish for the rest of my life. I have shared many happy memories with all of 2L and i want to thank all of you for making being in this class such an enjoyable two years. Also, would like to apologize for many profanities, vulgarities ( ahem, im self-conscious that i do this alot. ). Sorry for using all this profanities but just wanna say that im not directing these profanities towards anyone specially. And sorry if all of these have really offended you in any form. :(

Also, thanks to many great classmates, Tingwei, Jessie, Laura, Chuan Hui, Jyhhowe, Deon and many others that i have not mentioned for helping me in my math ( i know im extremely horrible in math) and thanks specially to Deon for helping me with my trigonometry. Thanks also to all my teachers, with Mrs Koh especially, as has been very supportive and kind towards me. ( esp math). And thanks to all science teachers, PE teachers and humanities teachers. I will always remember you Mr Tan, with your many microsoft powerpoints and experiments.

Still remember when i sweat it out be it playing basketball or doing something under the hot sun, 2L would always come into my mind with my great classmates and the really nice air-con. No matter how late, like around 5plus when i finish my activities i would enter our cosy classroom, and see some classmates still around doing their stuff. I know that our classroom may smell a bit, with dirty PE shirts that stink of sweat and half finished food or curry rice and many many other stuff, but i feel that all this are what makes our class special, and unique. Perhaps some of you might not think this way but yeah.

Even when we go our seperate ways next year i hope all of us would not forget the 25 special people that have each made a difference in our lives this two years. We can still say hi if we meet in our new campus and perhaps some of us will still be in the same class next year. ( Although my results suck and i might not be with some of my classmates next year) but finally a great THANK YOU to 2L and all its wonderfulness. ( dont think thats a word)

Hello my beloved (ex) classmates since everyone decides to post their letters to everyone in this class so I follow la. Ok so erm basically these 2 years together provided me with the best moments of my life and yes, im sad that we have to leave each other. It won't be the same when I enter whichever classroom next year and I don't hear the 'oi' and the 'eh' and the 'aiya aiya aiya (trademark gerald)' and the 'I SUMMON STARDUST DRAGON' and the whatever nonsense things that we say everyday. Its nonsense, but we all love it, right?

Ok so whatever I wanted to say is in my earlier post which I forgot when I posted. Alright so I shall say whatever I want to say to everyone in the following paragraphs:

Sook Wei: Ok I know you are very quiet in class, but underneath that quiet exterior you are a nice gal! You have been a damn good friend and host to me (and Chuan Hui and Deon) during the IDMI. And your handicrafts are seriously damn pro. How the hell you do it sia. Next time must teach me, so that I can finally learn how to fold a paper in erm half! Hello bruuudders and sistas, this my first time posting the feeling's kinda funny but also abit shuang man. Ok wo shi steven lim, wo lai zi sin jia po, shi steven lim de zong shi yin mi. Lol ok paiseh ah. I now abit headache my mind cant think properly. When i was enrolled into this school I was supposed to go 1F, can go make friends with those chio bu there, but god don't want. He prefer me to see the babes and hunks in 2L. So i came loh. Time passes damn quickly, suddenly experience abit only 2 years gone. Wah lau how come life so unfair. But look at your fingers and toes. Are they of equal length? No right. So life is not fair. I was appalled when i heard that 2L only had 25 people, abit sad man, 25 people cannot socialise much. But these 25 people felt like erm 25^25 lol. Im never good at maths so who cares anyway. Some of you say my hair look like grass. That's good what. Grass is green, good for eyesight. So must see more, improve your sight. Ok but thanks anyway to 2L for letting me see more of the world and its wonderful people.

2 years felt like 2 months sia. But nevertheless, we did hell lotta stuff together, eat together, do projects together, see chio bu together, go toilet together, play wolfteam together and all other unimaginable stuff together. My experience was quite a good one, thanks to the damn steady people of 2L, which is you all lah. Ok of cos I have some dedications and all the shit to say/write, but im a lazy person so type here easier. I wanna thank god and my ancestors and all of 2L people's ancestors for bringing us together to do that one lol! I meant to be as a class. Thanks to those people who lent me some help whenever i felt lazy to do those damn worksheets. And of cos thanks to the teachers too, the maths whizz,mind-boggling extremely interesting and lovable Mrs Koh, the super kind and unbelievably even kinder and good hearted than super kind Yang lao shi, who is my idol. Many thanks to Mr Harris too, howdy mate! Some day you have to bring me to Australia to see them hot people there. ;D. Also, Ms Ling and Mrs Chin are great humanities teachers and we are lucky to have them as our teachers. Peace be with us all! And of cos not forgetting our science teachers, Mr Tan and Mrs Chu, who made life real cool and exciting with powerpoint slides and all the experiments. Apart from that, bless all the rest of the teachers who taught us and helped us in one way or another. 2L teachers huat ah! lol. Hope 2L can get into same class next year! Eh have more outings k, i dont like to rot at home. :)

SECOND PARA- finally. ok i'm gna talk about dno wad. the rumours in the class throwing around and around are all (sadly) not true. except for a few :D but i will not say incase my head gets chopped off (sadistically) and used as a football - knowing how much we 'LOVED' playing football. anyways. i onli feel that i have bonded more with the class BOYS in the past 4 months (around there lol) while now i'm super hyper active and more towards the crazy extent. which i have influenced many people and gerald is right. i do have an influence on people - example : MYSELF DUH. hence, i'm just so sad that there is a heater in the class despite the fact that deon COMPLAINS that it is cold. dam sad. i love it to be cold(NO OFFENCE DEON). woo.

i hope that next year we would get into the same class (most of us ba) and not be so exiled like me. when i came in- quiet, guai kia, nerd. wadeva. anyway. i have changed. and i will survive~! anyway starting of the year - first friend i met was J, second G. so it's not that i get along well lol. (CH YOU'RE WRONG. but does it matter... losing your sight?)

Two years going to passssssssssssssssss liao. weeeeeeeee ~~ and realised that we've actually been through alot yea. (although its obvious) ._. sian. next year i bet i wun be seeing much faces that i am familiar with ba.. due to my pathetic results. sometimes before i sleep rite i really think of all the times we had together as a class and i still cant believe tmr is the last official day that we'll spent together as a class in school.. The moment i think of it , seriously i feel a little (actually the words "very") sad. you know your heart (seriously) really got a feeling that i dunno how to describe, but i can tell you its definitely not a good feeling. hey seriously i would like to extend my apologies to those ppl i have scolded before (especially girls [ting wei said] ), and hurt their feelings (if i ever did). all i wanted to say is that i didnt mean it k. IM SORRY. pls dun start singing "Apologise's" chorus. i hope it isnt too late .

i still remember the first few days of orientation during year 1. i noticed that almost all the boys "chatted" with each other haha. but from far i noticed that SHEN HAO was sort of being left out lol. however as time goes by Shen Hao soon became so famous that he is well known as a GEEKGOD , "我的怪(i mean 乖. LOL.) 宝贝!" and not to mention, alot of nicknames. i would also like to tell you that i didnt mean to laugh at your name k. its just that once in a while having some laughter around us could help us bond more yea? like you all can call me 把球传晖给我 and make fun of me, seriously i dun mind it. what matters is we all have fun.

hello lectra

i am really really sorry i cant write any farewell letters until class chalet cos i am really busy. so many people keep asking me whether i will cry tmr and i keep thinking dat there is class chalet...

then i realise, oh no, tmr is the last day in the container, listening to some weird music in class, having people calling bog here bog there, and all the weird weird thingys by Gerald, Ball, blah blah in the classroom. next year our class might not be so cosy anymore. it makes me regret. haha.. dun you think it is very cool for us to be in a class room by such an emo hallway. if you stand at the end of the hallway and look towards the end, you realise how special it is. then you will also realise that the containers A, B, C are like a very nice gathered temporary refugeey place. with nice nice pathways...

so other than missing the people, without the place, it is not as memorable lols. rmb some of us used to hide at the back of container rehearsing for alot of skits, or play badminton, or jus slacking around the lockers and all that....

Hello Lectra ...

Hello people...

Left 2 days before school ends and Lectra will be no more and we will all go our separate ways (probably la)...

Do you all still remember when we all stepped into that big air-conditioned class room last year, looking around at each other with blank faces, not knowing each other? From that, we have evolved and matured into a damn bonded class. All the shouting, singing, dancing, laughing, crapping, nonsense-ing, throwing things at each other...All great fun.

As the inevitable is about to happen, I'm posting here just to give my thanks to the greatest class in year 2 2008 (in my opinion la. other class people please don't attack me for this). 2L has brought me many great friends, both male and female (or both, like someone claims) and has given me so many great memories like level camp, class chalet, orientation, interclass etc. Whenever I look back at 2008, no matter how down I feel, I can always remember these moments and have a good laugh (seriously). And as long as I live, I will never ever forget these wonderful memories.

And I will also want to apologize to whoever I offended within these two years. I this type of people can do stupid things sometimes la, so very very very very very very very very very sorry if I offended you in any way!

For those of you who feel sad, it's natural, but always be happy! We can still see each other along the hallway, in the canteen, in the toilet, somewhere in Tampines or Pasir Ris or wherever.

Always remember, don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened (: Once a Lectraian, always a Lectraian. (copy from HSM3 one by the way) Good luck in all your future endeavours and remember to work hard next year!

Here is the timetable for the returning of exam scripts on monday,20 Oct 2008!

8.15 - 9.15 : Higher Chinese // Class
9.15 - 10.15 : Mathematics // Class

10.15 - 10.45 : Recess

10.45 - 11.45 : L.A // Gym
11.45 - 12.45 : History // Gym
1.45 - 2.45 : Geography // Class

*Science paper will be given during the 8.15 - 10.15 timeslot, and may take up abit of the recess time.

There will be a briefing at 2pm at LT2 on MONDAY for all SMP applicants.
However, since there is a clash, Mrs Koh will be calling Mrs Shu Yuen to postpone or bring forward the briefing.More details will be out at a later date.

INTERCLASS FINALS ARE ON WEDNESDAY, 22 OCTOBER 2008!
8.15 - 10.00 : Interclass finals
10.00 - 10.30 : Recess
10.30 - 11.30 : LEAPS briefing (some cca point counting briefing)
11.30 - 12.30 : FT session in class
(Mrs Koh will check when we will be dismissed. More details will be given at a later date.)

By the way, on TUESDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2008, there is the engineering challenge.
For those who are not going for the engineering challenge, you have to stay in school until 1.45pm. Mrs Koh will be taking attendance so it's compulsory! I've no idea what she's going to do with you all xD

Guess who's back? (:
There's gonna be a class chalet coming up!
Mini-calenders will be printed and distributed on monday when we see each other so that the class comm will know what days you are free, which days you are not.

Excited?Here are some details about Aloha Loyang.
It's rather cheap, quite big and spacious and there are transport directions included!

They are single-storey units, with sheltered pavilions around the BBQ areas, are fully furnished with

* a living room set with TV & games table; dining area;
* 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 6 beds (2 single and 2 double-deck), wardrobes, dressers, bedside tables & wall fans;
* 2 toilets/bathrooms with shower heater;
* BBQ pit and a fully equipped kitchen.

(I think I wrote this before,but anyway it emphasizes the point that it is damm cool :D )

There are also shuttle bus services from pasir ris mrt station (don't know whether it's free or not yet) to and fro so it's rather convenient too!

More details will be given at a later date, and in the meantime, please check your DHS DOCS for more details!

How has the exams been so far? Well the next 2 days is kinda slack.. But nonetheless remember to study for Science kays?? its just another 6 days (depending on when u're reading this.. xD) so no stress!! let's all get through this period of ULTIMATE HAND-BREAKING TORTURE as a class..

Okay MAYBE this is a little too early, but.
DOES ANYBODY WANT A HALLOWEEN PARTY?

Trust me, it'll be seriously super duper wooper cool. 31 October is a Friday.
And, it'll be something for all you guys to look forward after the exams.

Details:

We were thinking of booking a chalet/terrace. To cause minimal inconvenience to everybody's house. So Jessie checked: Aloha Loyang Garden Terrace is $250 for super peak periods = we must book early.

It has: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one fully equipped kitchen, sheltered pavillion bbq pit

We were thinking... Trick/Treat, fancy dress. (Takashimaya sells Halloween masks)

And there's more, cuz we haven't really discussed much about it. For now, don't think too much and just focus on EOYS.
